چکیده
Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) materials may contain components, which are soluble at room temperature. These influence physical properties or raise concerns for end-users and regulatory bodies because LLDPE is widely used food packaging. Due to the nonpolar amorphous nature of temperature part LLDPE, its molecular characterization with common methods polyolefin analysis, such as Temperature Rising Elution Fractionation (TREF), Crystallization (CRYSTAF), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), has proven be very challenging. Separation well semicrystalline part, is, however, realizable high-temperature liquid chromatography (HT-LC), demonstrated first time in this work. This technique enables evaluate chemical composition distribution room-temperature solubles non-solubles samples. It was found that synthesized metallocene catalysts contained only a small amount material. In contrast, prepared Ziegler-Natta up 14 wt.% copolymer. The latter temperature, had weight-average molar mass ranging from 60 200 kg/mol, about 10 mol% more 1-olefin than non-soluble LLDPE.

Separation of Sedative – Hypnotic Drugs with Mixed Micellar Liquid Chromatography
Separation of ten sedative- hypnotic drugs was performed by RP-HPLC using mixed micellar mobile phase. Effect of temperature, type and amount of organic modifier in mobile phase on efficiency (N) and asymmetry factor (B/A) showed that, the appropriate conditions for a good separation were 35°C and 7% (V/V) butanol in mobile phase. Variations of selectivity factor versus butanol concent...

Separation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons was performed by RP-HPLC using mixed micellar mobile phase. Effect of temperature, types and amounts of coorganic solvent in mobile phase on efficiency, asymmetry factor and selectivity factor showed that the appropriate condition for separation of these compounds was 3% isopropanol (V/V) as co-organic solvent in mobile phase at 40°C. Analysis of...
متن کاملSeparation of Biojenic Amines Using Dansyl Cloride Derivatization and Mixed Micellar Liquid Chromatography
Separation of some biogenic amines via RP-HPLC using mixed micellar mobile phase was investigated. The compounds were derivatized before hand by dansyl chloride as a chromophoric reagent. Appropriate conditions for separation, were determined by studying factors such as temperature, type and percentage of organic modifier, concentration of surfactants (SDS and Brij-35) and the pH of the mob...
